I Do Not Trust Contract Templates
I needed a simple contract for a small business project, so I searched for a free template. I found several, but each one used different wording. After reading them, I was more confused than before. Some parts sounded very serious, while others did not seem to cover my situation at all. Now I am thinking about whether to pay someone to write legal contracts. Has anyone used professional help for a contract? What information did you need to give the writer before they started?
